For many years, this little blog has been a place where I shared my thoughts, my questions, and the small moments that taught me something about life. Many of you have walked with me here, some of you from the very beginning. Your reading, your comments and your quiet presence have meant more to me than I can say.
Today I want to share something with you.
Over time, one question has stayed with me more than any other: Who are we, beneath the roles we play?
We spend years being trained for our studies and our careers. But very few of us are ever trained for life itself: how to know our true essence, and how to live from it.
This question has now become the centre of my work. And I have started writing about it in a new form, as letters.
These letters are slower and deeper than what I share here. Each one sits with a single question about human becoming, offered gently, for you to reflect on in your own way.
